• Access is granted through an assigned fob. One fob is mandatory per rental.

• Gym Rental: $50/hour

• Microphone: $5/hour

• Scoreboard: $5/hour

• Fob fee: $10 per fob

All rentals have a minimum of a one hour. Please note that for 4+ hour events, there is an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Rentals are confirmed when the following have been completed:

• Scheduled through Calendly

• Rental Agreement signed through Docusign

• Certificate of Liability Insurance turned in

• Security deposit (1/2 of rental) is paid
