• Gym Rental: $60 per hour

• Fob fee: $10 per fob (1 mandatory per rental)

• Scoreboard $5 an hour

• Microphone $5 an hour

All rentals have a minimum of a one hour. Please note that for 2-3 hour events, there is an additional cleaning fee of $50. 4+ hour events, there is an additional cleaning fee of $100.

Rentals are confirmed when the following have been completed:

• Scheduled through Calendly (link under "Ready To Schedule?")

• Rental Agreement signed through Docusign (this will be emailed to you once the gym is scheduled)

• Certificate of Liability Insurance emailed to lorien.peer@academycharter.net

• Security deposit payment (1/2 of rental). Rentals are paid through Venmo @TheAcademy460 or a check payable to The Academy
